Clay ammo shooting
The .6mm flat band sets are very well made. Love the pouches and simple shot black latex is a great product. I do feel the .6mm is a bit much for the clay ammo and will probably opt for .5mm next time around. I love shooting my slingshot.
Love them, much different than the wrist rockets that I shot since I was a kid
Great choice for starters
Going with the clay flat bands and clay ammo has allowed me to practice form and improve my distance and accuracy. Lotta fun and highly recommend it for beginners.
Accurate!!
I’m really new to this sport. I purchased my Scout X March 18 2024. I knew nothing about aiming, holding, how to put bands on, NOTHING. I started with light bands practicing with bbs and 1/4” till I got aiming down and have been progressively working my way up with the size of ammo to where I am shooting Simpleshot clay ammo with Simpleshot clay bands. Here it is April 13, 2024 and after practicing every single day for at least an hour, I am able to hit and split the edge of a playing card at 30ft. My goodness this Scout X is a tack drivin son of a gun. I trimmed my clay bands down to 7” and I have a 30” draw. I have been on the same set of bands since I’ve started shooting clay and they are still going strong. I have at least 300 rounds through one set and still going. Love these clay bands. I’ve been hunting cans, bottles, flowers, golf balls, small rocks and twigs. These bands will absolutely not disappoint. Highly highly recommend.
